Without a doubt, the most effective way to begin exploring and understanding GYROTONIC® or Pilates exercise systems is through one-on-one private sessions.

Pilates Private Training Instruction Tailored to You

Our private sessions will give you confidence and a sense of accomplishment so that you can feel better than when you came in.

In one-on-one instruction, our instructors will focus on your unique needs providing personalized instruction to maximize your understanding of the many concepts and movements particular to GYROTONIC® or Pilates exercise systems and how they apply to your body.


Private lessons are the ideal place to begin if:

  • You are working with physical limitations, injuries, or health issues

  • You are an older adult who wants a safe way to keep your body strong and flexible

  • You are a working professional who wants to use their time efficiently to reduce stress and keep fit

  • You appreciate the continual one-on-one guidance and focused attention of a certified instructor

  • If you have a specific training goal

  • You are an athlete training for events

  • Your first private session will include a postural assessment, a full-body Pilates workout, and a detailed game plan for achieving your goals. All sessions are 55 minutes.

    Expect core work, upper body, and lower-body work, and a focus on proper form, flexibility, strength, balance, and mobility.

Private Training Types

  • PILATES PRIVATE TRAINING INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION TAILORED TO YOU

    In one-on-one instruction, the instructor focuses on your own unique needs, while providing individualized instruction to maximize your understanding of the many concepts and movements particular to GYROTONIC® or Pilates exercise systems and how to apply them to your body.

    Private lessons are the ideal place to begin if:

    Book a Private Session

  • WORKOUT WITH A FRIEND, SPOUSE OR PARTNER

    Like a Private Session, the Duet session is designed similarly, but includes the fun of sharing it with a friend or partner.

    With more individualized attention than a class, but the fun of having a buddy, duets are an economical way to get a lot of personal feedback on your GYROTONIC® or Pilates practice. 

    Tips for Pilates Duet Sessions

    • Partner with a committed friend.

    • Clients are responsible for finding their own partners.

    • Schedule a “standing appointment” each week..

    • The 3 intro classes expire 6 weeks from date of purchase.

    • Expiration dates cannot be extended, nor can packages be transferred

    • Body Evolutions' 24-hour cancellation policy.

      Early cancellations are outside the 24-hour window of the start time of a class or a session. Clients will have their account credited with the class or session when this occurs. 

      Late cancellations are within the 24-hour window of the start time of a class or a session. Clients will be charged the full price of a single class or session, or have a credit deducted from their account when this occurs.

      All reformer class cancellations need to be managed by the client via their ARKETA account

      No Show Policy: As with Late Cancellations, No Shows will be charged the full price of a single class or session, or have a credit deducted from their account when this occurs.

    • Please bring a clean pair of sticky socks for class.

    • Clothing must be free of belts, zippers or anything that could scratch the equipment.

    • Long hair must be tied back and up to avoid getting caught in the equipment.

    • Please avoid wearing heavy scents as some persons have allergic reactions to them.

After completing your "Introductory" lessons, our experienced trainers will work with you to accelerate your progress in attaining your fitness goals and addressing your special needs.

Pilates or Gyrotonic Private Sessions

3 Month Contract

DUET TRAINING PACKAGES

Work out with a partner! Similar to a private session but includes the fun of sharing it with a friend or partner, but don’t be fooled it’s not all fun and games. You will still get a great workout. Price is per person.

Pilates or Gyrotonic Duet Sessions
