Body Evolutions is thrilled to introduce our latest Equipment Class Membership options which provide extraordinary value and exclusive benefits for our members every month! These enhanced membership choices offer a variety of advantages including a flexible rolling 4-week class schedule, discounts on services, and a special reduced rate for the initial month of membership. Groups of 7 per class.
Membership Terms
3-month contract that auto-renews every month. Body Evolutions requires 1 month’s notice via email for membership cancellation after the initial 3 months of the contract. Each monthly payment is nonrefundable.
If classes are not used within the month time-frame they will not roll over into the next month.
Membership is non-transferable or shareable.
You can upgrade your membership at any time.
Schedule and instructor may be subject to change without notice.
If you need to pause your membership please email info@bodyevolutionsfitness.com to make your request. Pauses under 2 weeks are not accepted.
Prerequisites:
Students must be free of injury.
Approval from the instructor is required.
Students are expected to be able to adjust the equipment to their settings and work on their own.
Please review the class schedule prior to purchase to confirm classes fit your schedule.

"Our Foundation class is suitable for both beginners and those wanting to brush up on the basics. This class is still challenging, but at an accommodating pace so that clients can get a better understanding of the Pilates Principles. This class helps each student learn how to effectively engage and work their “core,” gain full body strength, and move in correct alignment. Class sizes are small so that each client can get individualized attention and modifications where necessary."
Build a solid foundation of core strength, stability and flexibility with fundamental Pilates exercises and movement principles on the Reformer. The perfect place to start your Pilates training!
Learn the essential repertoire on the amazing Pilates machine called the reformer. Designed for students newer to the reformer, this group equipment class will give you a solid foundation of the basic exercises. Focus on form, alignment and breathing while you stretch and strengthen your entire body using spring resistance. You won’t believe how great a work out can feel!

Join us in-person for a focused, dynamic, and semi-independent workout that incorporates a range of Pilates equipment.
The Mastery class tones and stretches the body incorporating the reformer, chairs, barrels, mat, and Spring Ladder in a circuit. Be ready to walk out feeling taller, stronger and stress free.
The Mastery class is designed for persons with prior Pilates experience interested in working deeply and with intention.
