NEW TO GYROTONIC®, Pilates exercise, or our studio? No problem! We’ve been there; taking that first step was our best decision.
When you come in for your first session you will be guided and observed by our expert GYROTONIC®, and Pilates teachers to determine your abilities and limitations. Both systems can ease back pain caused by misalignment, scoliosis, or injury while improving posture. We'll design a personalized program that takes into consideration your lifestyle, level of commitment, and realistic goals.

While we can't promise massive changes in just 3 sessions, you will notice subtle shifts motivating you to continue. There's nothing quite like it!

This is for clients who have not been to Body Evolutions in the last 12 months
These three private or semi-private Pilates sessions must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase because continuity is important in absorbing the material.
Once upon a time, we were beginners too.
The beginner sessions will help you feel comfortable and confident, and get started with what is sure to become a life-long love of GYROTONIC® and Pilates exercise systems.
What’s Included?
3 - 50 minute one-on-one sessions.
PILATES: using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Mat, and small apparatus.
GYROTONIC®: using the stools, Tower and/or Gyrotoner®
These sessions are by appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

Great question. After completing your intro pack you can continue with private sessions. We will continue building on your progress with your goals in mind.

Wear comfortable, non-zippered clothing that is easy to move in. Stay away from super baggy clothes so we can see your form. Loose shorts are not recommended. If you have long hair please put it back so it doesn’t interfere with the equipment. Sticky socks are required.

We’re so glad you asked. First, we'll get to know you a bit, so we can begin a custom program design to meet your exact needs. Then, we’ll start teaching you the fundamentals of Pilates or Gyrotonic. Based on the information you gave us initially we’ll begin with basic movements and slowly move forward in the program adjusting as we need so that you feel successful in each movement.
