OUR STUDIO
When we opened Body Evolutions in 2001 our goal was to create a distinct boutique fitness center for those looking for an option to the traditional gym.
Our unique studio provides a supportive environment for adults of all ages, sizes and levels of exercise and movement experience. Our students include the novice Pilates and GYROTONIC® exerciser to the seasoned athlete and dancer.
Most importantly, we created a space for our clients to gain confidence, discover a new way of staying fit, develop new friendships that share the similar goals, and gain a dedicated support system.
Our main approach to physical fitness is on building a healthy, injury-free body using PILATES and GYROTONIC® fitness techniques and nothing makes us happier than helping people achieve a strong body ready to take on the day and approach life with strength.

CHRIS AND SONIA LOPEZ
Owned by Chris and Sonia Lopez, Body Evolutions opened its doors in Campbell, California in January of 2001. Since then thousands of students have walked through Body Evolutions' doors and benefited from the empowering benefits PILATES and GYROTONIC® fitness and wellness techniques have to offer towards ultimate balance and well-being.
